Directions

From South
Take Maine Turnpike (I-95) North.  Merge onto I-295 North via EXIT 44 (South Portland/Portland Downtown) [5.68 miles]. Take EXIT 7 (US-1A/Franklin Street) [0.22 miles]. Turn RIGHT onto US-1A South/Franklin Arterial [1.19 miles]. Turn LEFT from US-1A South (Commercial Street) onto Portland Fish Pier [0.01 miles]. Follow the driveway as it curves around to the right. You will see "Marine Trade Center" on the side of our building, which is on the left-hand side of the driveway. We are in Suite 201.

From North
Take Maine Turnpike (Route 95) South, following signs to 295 S to Portland (staying left/straight rather than continuing on Rt. 95 which bears right). Take Exit 7A (Franklin Street, Route 1). Take a right at the end of the ramp onto Franklin Street. Franklin Street runs 1 mile and ends at Commercial Street. Take right onto Commercial Street through several intersections, taking a left (at Center Street) into Portland Fish Pier (there is a little guard station at the entrance to our driveway: this is also the entrance to the Portland Fish Auction). The driveway curves around to the right. You will see "Marine Trade Center" on the side of the building. CEI and CEI Community Ventures are in Suite 201.
