Directions

From South

Take the Maine Turnpike/Route 95 North to Exit 44 (formerly Exit 6A) to Route 295 North. Follow 295 North and take Exit 4 (Commercial Street/Portland Waterfront). Follow over Veterans Bridge to light. At the light take a right onto Commercial Street . Follow Commercial Street approximately one mile to light at intersection of Commercial and Center Streets, and take a right onto the Portland Fish Pier. There is a security station at the entrance of the Pier - just drive by and follow road until you see the Marine Trade Center (MTC) on the left. CEI Community Ventures is located in the MTC in Suite 201 (second floor).

Short-term parking is available in front of the building where indicated. If you anticipate parking for longer than three hours, please call our office (207.772.5356) and our receptionist may be able to assign you a longer-term spot.

From North

Take the Maine Turnpike/Route 95 South to Exit 7 (Franklin Arterial). Follow Franklin until the end (you will see the Casco Bay Lines Ferry Terminal) and take a right onto Commercial Street . Follow Commercial Street to the light at the intersection of Commercial and Center Streets, and take a left onto the Portland Fish Pier. There is a security station at the entrance of the Pier - just drive by and follow road until you see the Marine Trade Center (MTC) on the left. CEI Community Ventures is located in the MTC in Suite 201 (second floor).
